Although we specialize in the mortgage industry, we work with a wide variety of companies in the insurance, entertainment, finance, and technology sectors.

We do not perform any kind of voice work such as telemarketing and customer service. We've found that, due to the accents and differences in cultures, the model is not an effective one.

We generally work on a dedicated employee model. In this model, we assign a team of employees to work exclusively with your company. They work normal 40 hour work weeks on whatever time zone is required. We prefer the dedicated employee method because the employees will learn about your services, processes, and your team. The employees will work on whatever tasks you assign to them.

We provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and all of our clients have both a domestic, and international, project manager to ask any questions and discuss productivity.
